You and your children are invited to a Gingerbread Brunch at Asbury United Methodist Church.
Saturday December 10, 2011 10:00 am – Noon.
We will make gingerbread houses, decorate Christmas Cookies, have brunch and enjoy a special visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus.

We had a great week at our Shake It Up Café Vacation Bible School.
In this kid-friendly café kids explored the Bible as a cookbook filled with recipes for living on God’s word. Through lessons, that are easy for kids to apply to their lives, boys and girls celebrated biblical festivals that revealed ingredients for being a follower of God.

Sunday School and Nursery
Nursery
Even rocking a baby nurtures a child in love and teaches them trust and security! We also provide developmentally appropriate play and instruction in a safe and nurturing environment. In addition to our church member volunteers, our nursery is professionally staffed by Felecia Griffin, who has a love for children. Infants through three-year olds, are welcome in the nursery, which is available during the 9:45 Sunday School hour and the 11:00 AM Worship Service. The nursery is also available during special services.

The students named this class! The three teachers who share this class lead discussions on how Christians center their lives in God in their everyday lives. The lessons help with discussions as they engage the Bible for answers.
